Welcome to Loramics (“Loramics,” “we,” “us”), the website of the ceramics studio of the artist Lorelei, at loramics.com (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Using the Site
You may browse the Site and take part in auctions for your own personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, interfere with other users’ bids, submit false information, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
2. Auctions
Buying a piece through Loramics is governed by our Auction Terms, which form part of these Terms. Please read them before bidding.
3. Content & intellectual property
The Loramics name, the artwork, photographs, text, and design of the Site belong to the Studio (or are used with permission) and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without written permission. Photographs of individual pieces are provided to describe the work offered for sale.
4. Information you provide
When you bid you provide your name and email address. You are responsible for keeping that information accurate. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to keep descriptions and availability accurate but do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing here affects any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law that cannot be waived.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loramics and the artist are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Any liability relating to a purchased piece is limited to the amount paid for that piece.
7. Governing law & changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Studio is established. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
