Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains what information Loramics collects when you use loramics.com, and how we use it. We keep it minimal on purpose.
What we collect
- Bid details: when you place a bid, your name, email address, bid amount and the time of the bid.
- Technical basics: standard server logs (such as a request identifier and general request metadata) used to run and secure the Site. We do not use advertising trackers.
We do not collect payment-card details on this Site — payment is arranged directly with the Studio after an auction closes.
How we use it
- To run the auction: show the leading bidder’s name, process bids, and contact you if you win or are outbid.
- To arrange payment and delivery with winning bidders.
- To operate, secure and improve the Site.
We use your email only for messages about the auctions you take part in. We do not send marketing email unless you ask us to, and we never sell your information.
What others see
Public bid history shows the first name or display name you enter and the bid amount. Your email address is never shown publicly.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site (for example, our hosting provider) under appropriate safeguards, or where required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
We keep bid records for as long as needed to run the auctions, meet our records and tax obligations, and resolve any disputes, then delete or anonymize them.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@loramics.com. We will respond as required by applicable law.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes & contact
We may update this policy; the current version is always posted here. Questions: hello@loramics.com.
